تدعو منظمة ديفرستي (Diversity Organization) جميع الشركات والمؤسسات المؤهلة للتقدم بعطاءاتهم لتنفيذ خدمات التحويلات النقدية، وفقاً للشروط والمواصفات الموضحة في وثائق المناقصة.Diversity Organization invites all qualified companies and institutions to submit their bids to implement cash transfer services, in accordance with the terms and specifications outlined in the tender documents.

Purpose of The tender	Invitation to submit bids for a tender to provide cash assistance disbursement services in local currency (Yemeni Rial – YER) to beneficiaries identified by the organization in targeted areas.	دعوة لتقديم عطاء مناقصة خدمات صرف مساعدات نقدية بالعملة المحلية (الريال اليمني – YER) للمستفيدين الذين تحددهم المنظمة في مناطق المستهدفة		غرض المناقصة
Scope of work	Distribution operations will be carried out at designated field points within the defined geographical scope of work in the Al Dhale’ and Al Azariq districts, specifically at the following locations:•   Al-Azariq District: (Halhal, Shan, Hawleen Hamada).·   Al-Dhali’ District: (Habil Al-Mundhal Camp, Residential City, and Al-Bajh).This will be done in accordance with an official distribution plan approved by the organization.	تنفيذ عمليات التوزيع في نقاط ميدانية معتمدة من قبل المنظمة، ضمن نطاق العمل الجغرافي المحدد في مديريتي الضالع والأزارق، وذلك في المواقع التالية:·  مديرية الأزارق: (حلحال, شان ,حولين حمادة).·  مديرية الضالع: مناطق (مخيم حبيل المنضال، المدينة السكنية، والبجح).وذلك وفق خطة توزيع رسمية معتمدة من قبل المنظمة.		نطاق العمل

1. تقديم العطاء:1)  يتم تقديم العطاءات في ظرف مغلق ” بحيث تكون موضح فيها اِسم صاحب العطاء واسم المناقصة ورقمها واسم الشركة المتقدم ووفقا للتعليمات المذكورة في وثيقة المناقصة، مكتوب عليه اسم منظمة ديفرستي واسم المناقصة، ورقمها ويسلم بظرف مغلق يحتوي على ثلاثة ظروف منفصلة:l  المظروف الأول :خاص بالوثائق القانونية للمكتب او الشركة سارية المفعول وضمان العطاء (على جميع المتقدمين تقديم ضمان بنكي مبلغ وقدره 2% من اجمالي قيمة العطاء المقدم ويجب أن تكون مدة صلاحية العطاء لا تقل عن 90 يوماً من تاريخ التقديم وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بضمان المناقصة ويعاد الى صاحبه مباشرة)l  المظروف الثاني: العرض الفني ويشمل على الاتي:i) الملف التعريفي للشركة والخبرة السابقة.ii) التغطية الجغرافية ونقاط الصرف.iii) آلية تنفيذ التحويلات النقدية.iv) إجراءات الحماية وآليات الشكاوى.v) خطة العمل والجدول الزمني.vi) القيمة المضافة.l  المظروف الثالث: العرض المالي المرسل الخاص بالمنظمة مختم ولن يقبل أي عرض غير مختم.2. الحصول على وثائق المناقصة: يمكن لمكاتب الخدمات ,والبنوك لمتخصصة الراغبين في الحصول على وثائق المناقصة تقديم طلب وثائق المناقصة على البريد لإلكتروني  pr*********@di************.org او عبر طلبها بالزيارة الى مكتب المنظمة في عدن وذلك للفترة من 10 مايو  2026 وحتى 07 يونيو 2026 – خلال فترة الدوام الرسمي للمنظمة من الساعة الثامنة صباحا حتى الرابعة والنصف عصراٌ.او يمكن تعبئة الاستبيان و الضغط  على الرابط ادناة  لتحميل وثائق المناقصة

Submitte  for bidders:1)  Bids are submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly stating the name of the bidder, the tender name and number, and the name of the bidding company, in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the tender document. The envelope must bear the name of the Diversity Organization, the tender name and number, and be delivered in a sealed envelope containing three separate envelopes:l  A separate envelope containing the valid legal documents of the office or company and  the bid guarantee (All applicants must submit a bank guarantee equal to 2% of the total bid value. The bid must remain valid for at least 90 days from the submission deadline. Any bid submitted without the bid guarantee will be rejected and returned immediately)l  Envelope Two: Technical Proposal, including the following:i) Company profile and previous experience.ii) Geographic coverage and disbursement points.iii) Cash transfer implementation mechanism.iv) Security procedures and complaint mechanisms.v) Work plan and timeline.vi) Value-added.l  A separate envelope containing the organization’s sealed financial offer. Unsealed offers will not be accepted.2- Obtaining Tender Documents:1. Service offices and specialized banks wishing to obtain tender documents can submit a request for the documents via email to  pr*********@di************.org .2. Alternatively, they can request the documents in person at the organization’s office in Aden between May 10, 2026, and June 07, 2026, during the organization’s official working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.3.
